You can monitor the progress of your order by email. After the warehouse has packed your order for shipment, you will be sent an email containing the tracking number and details of the package contents. Usually, you can start tracking your package on the same day or the next business day.
To retrieve your tracking number link if the email is misplaced, you can access it through My Account > Order History > Choose the order you wish to track > find the Tracking Number link.

All products purchased and shipped by TekChoice Electronics are entitled to complimentary returns within a 14-day period, with free return shipping included.
Return Shipping Labels

Go to the TekChoice eRewards tab located in your account page.
Click on the 'Convert into eCoupon' tab set the amount you want to convert and click "Convert Now'.
Once converted your eCoupon will show up in your cart.
Click on your eCoupon code to add discount to your order.
Please note: that each eCoupon code can only be used once per order. If you are using a newsletter eCoupon code, you must be subscribed for at least 24 hours before using it.
Unless specified otherwise, a eCoupon codes cannot be combined with combo discounts or applied to items that come with free gifts.

Blue Tab: eRewards Used - The total amount of eRewards you used to cover the cost of your order(s) or withdrew for cash back.
