How to track my order?


You can monitor the progress of your order by email. After the warehouse has packed your order for shipment, you will be sent an email containing the tracking number and details of the package contents. Usually, you can start tracking your package on the same day or the next business day.

To retrieve your tracking number link if the email is misplaced, you can access it through My Account > Order History > Choose the order you wish to track > find the Tracking Number link.

What if something went wrong with my order?

If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please inform us within 14 days of the delivery date. You can do so by visiting the "Contact Us" page, selecting the "Customer Service" tab, and reporting the issue with a brief description. How long does it usually take for my order to arrive?
