Return and Exchange Policy
This Return Policy is specific to products listed on any TekChoice Electronics-owned or operated website or mobile application.
All products purchased and shipped by TekChoice Electronics are entitled to complimentary returns within a 14-day period, with free return shipping label included.
Return Shipping Labels
At TekChoice Electronics, return shipping labels are provided free of charge for products weighing up to 50lbs. Customers can request a prepaid return label as part of the return process within the specified return policy period.
Time of Return
Standard Return Policy:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement for all products eligible under our Standard Return Policy. Our 14-Day Returns guarantee applies to qualifying items. More information can be found in the section above.
Policy on Returns: Exchange Only
Kindly note that replacements can only be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
Refurbished 60-Day Return Policy:
Please note that refunds are only available for select refurbished products within 60 days of the delivery date.
Manufacturer's Exclusive Return Policy:
This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty exclusively. For details and inquiries regarding the manufacturer's warranty, please consult the terms and conditions or reach out to the manufacturer directly.
Extended Return Policies for the Holiday Season:
Extended Holiday Return Policy
For eligible purchases of products marked with the "Extended Holiday Return Policy" from October 7, 2024, to December 31, 2024, customers can receive a refund or replacement until January 31, 2025.
Extended Holiday Exchange Only Return Policy
For qualifying purchases of products specified with the "Extended Holiday Replacement-Only Return Policy" between October 7, 2024, and December 31, 2024, customers can obtain a replacement-only option until January 31, 2025.

Important Note: Please be aware that this item is NOT eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange. Items falling under this policy are non-returnable to TekChoice Electronics. Return Process
Please allow 2 business days for products "Sold and Shipped by TekChoice Electronics" and “Shipped by TekChoice Electronics” to be processed upon receipt. Please be advised that repair or replacement returns may experience delays or changes to refund due to product availability. Once your return has been processed, a notification email will be sent to you. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds Process
After your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, a check will be mailed to the billing address on file. For gifts, refunds will be provided in the form of e-store credit.
If an egift card from TekChoice Electronics was applied to a purchase that is later refunded, the refund will be credited back to the same egift card. The refund amount will equal the value deducted from the egift card for the initial purchase. Any excess amount not covered by the egift card will be reimbursed to the original payment method.
eStore Credit Process
For returns in exchange for store credit, TekChoice Electronics will provide you with eStore Credit in the form of a TekChoice Electronics eStore Credit eGift Card. Upon completion of the return process, a TekChoice Electronics eStore Credit eGift Card will be generated and delivered to you via email within an estimated timeframe of 1-2 business days. Exchange Process
Once your return has been processed, an exchange will be processed and shipped within approximately 1-2 business days. If TekChoice Electronics no longer carries a product that is sent in for replacement, or if that product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Products eligible for an exchange may only be replaced with the same product. Exchanges or returns for replacements with different products are not allowed at this time.
Return Policy for Specific Products
Bundle Purchases
Bundles consist of multiple products offered at a reduced price. To receive a refund, the entire bundle must be returned. Individual products can be returned for a replacement.
Combo and Kit Purchases
Combos and Kits consist of two or more products that must be bought together to qualify for a discount. Each product within a Combo or Kit can be returned individually for replacement under TekChoice Electronics' Return Policy.
When returning a single item from a Combo or Kit for a refund, any discount applied will be subtracted from the refund amount. If the discount on the Combo/Kit is greater than the price of the individual product, all items in the Combo/Kit must be returned or exchanged with other items of equal value to receive a refund. Some combos may not allow for individual product returns and must be returned as a whole. Please refer to the product page for specific return instructions.
Return Policy for Software, Media, and Video Games
Items that have been opened or activated, such as physical copies of software, software licenses, movies, music, books, video game consoles, VR consoles, and video games, cannot be returned, exchanged, replaced, or refunded.
However, unopened or unactivated physical copies of software, software licenses, movies, music, books, video game consoles, VR consoles, and video games may potentially be eligible for replacement, contingent upon adherence to specified terms and conditions.
Consumable Products Policy
Consumable products that have been opened or activated are not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund. These products may include Printer Ink, Toner Cartridges, Projector Lamps, Batteries, Office Supplies, Paper Products, Personal Protective Equipment, Face Masks, Oils, Fuel Filters, Cleaners, Food & Beverage, eGift Cards, Prepaid Cards, SIM Kits, and more.
However, unopened or unactivated consumable products may be considered for a refund, contingent upon meeting the terms and conditions.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
Please note that all sales of digital products are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable software, digital video games, digital gift cards, and digital prepaid cards.
Return Policy for Services and Extended Warranties
If you wish to return Services and Extended Warranties, you may do so for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date, as long as the service or warranty has not been used or redeemed. Refund requests made after 14 days may be subject to a partial refund. The warranty provider may also offer a pro-rated refund in certain cases.
TV & Video Products
Delivery Requirements:
For televisions with a screen size greater than 37 inches, an adult (age 18 or older) must sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery.
Product Inspection:
It is strongly advised to inspect the product for visible damage upon delivery.
Shipping Damage Reporting:
Large product shipments require that any shipping damage be reported within 14 days of the product's delivery.
Damage Claims:
Any damage reported more than 14 days after the product delivery will not be accepted by TekChoice Electronics for replacement or refund in accordance with the law.
Warranty Coverage:
After delivery, please review all provided documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to ascertain applicable warranty coverage, if any.
Our Pixel Perfect Guarantee
At TekChoice Electronics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we have a strict policy when it comes to dead pixels on monitors, TVs, and display products. We guarantee that products with even just one dead pixel can be returned within the specified return period. Your peace of mind is important to us.
Manufacturer Promotional Products and TekChoice Electronics eGifts
Manufacturers sometimes provide free promotional products with their items. To qualify for a complete refund on a purchase containing promotional products, all items must be returned. Any unreturned promotional products will result in a deduction from the refund amount. Additionally, TekChoice Electronics may present gifts to loyal customers as tokens of appreciation or during special promotions. These eGifts do not hold any monetary value and do not need to be returned.
Prepaid Card, eGift Packaging, and Memberships: Any purchases made for prepaid cards, gift packaging, and memberships are non-refundable.
Special Order Products: Items that have been specially ordered are not eligible for returns.
Product Lifespan: It is important to note that using PC components and systems for cryptocurrency mining can significantly reduce the lifespan of the product due to excessive use. This applies to CPUs, video cards, solid-state, and hard disk drives. Generally, TekChoice Electronics does not accept returns for products that have exceeded their lifespan as a result of overuse.
Important Information Regarding Returning Your Product
Before sending your product back to TekChoice Electronics, it is essential to erase all personal data, including photos, apps, and cloud accounts on your cellphones, tablets, notebooks, and Wi-Fi devices.
Deactivate any device connections and take care of any related carrier contracts and fees if your device is under contract.
Failure to follow these steps may result in TekChoice Electronics declining return requests to protect your privacy and ensure a seamless return process.
Guidelines for Returning Items
In order to initiate a return with TekChoice Electronics, you are required to secure an RMA number within the specified return window for the item. This unique RMA number must be clearly marked on the packaging of your return to ensure proper identification. Once you have gathered your items and packaged them securely to prevent any damage during transit, affix the provided return shipping label onto the exterior of the shipping box. Please note that return labels are only valid for a period of 14 days, during which your returned items must reach TekChoice Electronics.
The following conditions are not eligible for return and may result in rejection by TekChoice Electronics:
Products with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number labels, UPC codes, manufacturer model or part number labels, and warranty labels.
Products returned without original packaging and accessories, including retail box, manuals, cables, and other items initially included.
Products showing physical damage. Damaged products should be reported as a shipping problem for resolution, not as a return.
Products with mail-in rebates submitted.
Products that have been tampered with, customized, or altered.
Products that do not match the original purchase from the website.
Return Shipping Labels
At TekChoice Electronics, return shipping labels are provided free of charge for products weighing up to 50lbs. Customers can request a prepaid return label as a courtesy during the return initiation process.
For eligible products being returned for exchange, return shipping labels are also free for replacements of the same item within the designated return policy timeframe. However, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs for items that were originally shipped via large item shipments and remain unopened.
If a product is returned that is either not defective or not the same as the originally purchased item, it will be sent back to the customer. In cases where a refund has already been processed, TekChoice Electronics reserves the right to deduct the return shipping cost from the refund amount.
Trouble with Printing Return Label
If you encounter difficulties printing your return label at home, you can visit a UPS store and request assistance from a UPS representative to print the label using the QR code provided on the return label. To access the QR code, please follow these steps:
Click on email from TekChoice Electronics find "QR Code"
Present the QR code to the UPS representative for scanning and printing.
Return Rejection Criteria
When sending back your item, please be aware of the following conditions that may result in your return being rejected:
Any product that does not exhibit the stated reason for the return (e.g., a return requested for a defective product that functions properly upon inspection).
Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or illegible serial number label, UPC Code, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, such as the retail box, manuals, cables, and other items originally included with the product.
Any product showing signs of physical damage should be reported according to the guidelines outlined in our "Report a Shipping Problem" article. This issue should not be categorized as a return.
Products that have been submitted for a mail-in rebate are not eligible for return.
Any product that has been tampered with, customized, or altered will not be accepted for return.
Products returned with markings or writing from the customer on the original box will not be eligible for a return.
Additional Terms
Title
TekChoice Electronics does not take ownership of returned products until they have been received at the returns address. At our discretion, a refund may be provided without requiring the return of the product. In this scenario, TekChoice Electronics does not assume ownership of the refunded product.
Cross-Shipping
We do not engage in cross-shipping. Replacement products will only be shipped after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.
Refusing Delivery
Shipments that are refused will be treated as standard returns and may incur a non-refundable restocking fee of 15%.
Defective Products
Defective products that are returned may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the sole discretion of TekChoice Electronics, unless otherwise mandated by law.
