How to return or cancel order?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or simply do not want the product, no need to worry. We offer a full refund for unused products. To initiate a return or to cancel order, please follow these steps:
Log in to Your Account.
Locate the Order Number and click on "Details".
Scroll down to the "Product Tab".
Select the product you wish to return or cancel by clicking on the check box next to the product name.
Scroll further down to the "Product Return" tab.
Provide a reason for returning the product and click on "Request A Return" button.
After submitting your return request, you will receive an email regarding the status of your return.
Please Note: At this time, we do not process returns beyond 14 days from the date of delivery. Please take into consideration before requesting a return.
