Domestic Shipping Policy
This policy applies solely to products listed on TekChoiceElectronics.com or the TekChoice Electronics mobile application that will be shipped within the United States.
General Shipping Terms
These are TekChoice Electronics' general shipping terms that apply to all domestic shipping options.
Delivery times are measured in business days.
We cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-2 business days prior to shipping. The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.
We do not process orders on Saturdays or U.S. holidays.

Under our Always Free Shipping policy, your order is typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
Please note: that All of our orders will be shipped and returned through UPS only, so you can trust that your purchases will arrive safely and on time.
Large Item Delivery
Our delivery method Always Free Shipping are also tailored for larger items such as TVs or appliances.
Important: An adult signature is necessary to confirm acceptance of delivery.
P.O. Boxes Delivery
Please note: that we do not deliver to traditional P.O. Boxes. However, we are able to provide shipping services to residential P.O. Boxes located in rural regions.
Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Delivery time: Delivery of your order is estimated to take between 2 to 6 weeks.
Shipping restrictions: Some items, such as monitors 19” and larger, DVDs, items containing lithium batteries, and large or hazardous items, are excluded from APO/FPO/DPO Shipping due to size limitations, safety concerns, and carrier restrictions.

No more waiting for shipping with our downloadable software. Typically, you will receive a download link and security code within 1-3 hours (up to 1 business day for orders requiring additional verification).
Shipment and Risk of Loss
Upon delivery to the carrier, TekChoice Electronics will arrange for the shipment of ordered product(s) to you under Free Carrier (F.C.A.) terms. This means that the risk of loss passes to you at the time of delivery to the carrier. Title to the product(s) (excluding software) will also transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, title to the software will remain with the licensor(s) as per the software license agreement. By breaking the seal on the software package, you agree to be bound by the terms of the software license agreement.
Although TekChoice Electronics will provide estimated shipping dates, we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery or any associated damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of public enemy, government actions, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor strikes, lockouts, or freight embargoes.
Delivery Estimates
Kindly be advised that delivery estimates provided on TekChoiceElectronics.com are approximate and are not guaranteed delivery times. They should not be considered as such and are not binding as part of the agreement between TekChoice Electronics and the customer.
Non-Delivery Policy
TekChoice Electronics will not be held responsible for any claims of non-delivery in the following cases:
Delivery made to a hub pickup location with proof of delivery to said location.
Delivery made to a freight forwarder with proof of delivery to said forwarder.
Incorrect or invalid address provided during checkout.
Any situation where proof of delivery to the address provided during checkout is available, but the shipment is redirected by the customer or their representative after delivery.
Projected Delivery Date
Here at TekChoice Electronics, we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your orders. While our system provides a reliable estimated arrival date, it is important to note that unforeseen circumstances such as order complications, stock shortages, or credit card validation issues may lead to delays and impact the projected delivery date.
Please keep in mind that our 1-2 business day order processing timeframe is distinct from the shipping duration, guaranteeing that your order is meticulously prepared before being dispatched.
Factors that may result in a delay and impact the projected delivery date include:
Issues with the order (such as product errors)
Inventory shortages
Credit card verification problems (which may require up to 2 business days to resolve)
Inaccurate shipping or billing address information
Missing details like house or unit numbers
Adverse weather conditions
Customs processing for international shipments.
What TekChoice Electronics constitutes a business day?
A "Business Day" is defined as any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, U.S. federal holiday, or any other holiday observed by TekChoice Electronics.
Please be aware that if a TekChoice Electronics-observed holiday occurs on a Saturday, it is typically observed on the preceding Friday.
Regulations on Shipping Products
In order to ship products to specific states (WA, VT, OR, HI, CO, CA), they must meet CEC certification requirements. This certification ensures that components like power supplies, motherboards, and graphic cards in pre-built machines adhere to specific energy regulations for shipping to the mentioned states.
Examples of pre-built computer products that must comply with these regulations include:
Desktop computers
Mobile gaming systems
All-in-one computers
Notebook computers
Tracking Number
From time to time, you may receive a response stating "tracking number not found". There are various reasons that can lead to this issue:
The shipment notification was sent before the package arrived at the delivery carrier’s terminal for scanning. This is a common cause of tracking errors, and typically resolves itself within a few hours as the scan and tracking progress updates.
The carrier may not have picked up the package on the same day the shipment notification was sent. This timing discrepancy can occur in large distribution centers where packages are being processed at a high volume. Some packages may still be on the conveyor belt when the carrier leaves the facility, leading to delays in tracking updates.
There is a very small likelihood that your package may have experienced a negative event. These occurrences are rare, occurring in less than 0.1% of cases. The potential events include:
Sorting into the wrong trailer: If your package is mistakenly sorted into the wrong trailer, the carrier will return it to our distribution center. During this process, tracking events may not appear for 2-3 days before the package is correctly assigned to the intended carrier.
Label damage: Packages loaded into trailers may rub against each other, potentially causing the label to tear or become dislodged. In such cases, no tracking events will be registered, necessitating the shipment of a replacement order.
Multiple labels or no label: While we usually catch instances of packages with multiple labels or no label before they leave our facility, there is a slight chance of oversight leading to such occurrences.
In order to address any potential issues, we have a process in place to handle rare events that may occur with shipping. One business day after a package is shipped, we will track the carrier's transit using the tracking number provided. If there is no transit shown, we will promptly initiate an investigation at the distribution center to assess the situation and determine if a replacement order needs to be sent.
