If your credit card has been charged for a canceled order, TekChoice Electronics will credit the amount back to your credit card account.

To redeem an eCoupon code, first locate the eCoupon either in your email or in the eCoupon tab within your account. Copy the eCoupon code and then proceed to your shopping cart or checkout page. Paste the code in the field labeled "Have a promo code?" and click apply.

Please note that each promo code can only be used once per item, and only one promo code can be applied per item. If you are using a newsletter promo code, you must be subscribed for at least 24 hours before using it.

Unless specified otherwise, a promo code can be used on up to 5 of the same item in a single order. Promo codes cannot be combined with combo discounts or applied to items that come with free gifts.

Our Price Match+ program guarantees that we will match the prices of major retailers on a specific item. Not only that, but we will also discount the matched price by an additional $1, ensuring that our price is unbeatable.
