All products purchased and shipped by TekChoice Electronics are entitled to complimentary returns within a 14-day period, with free return shipping label included.

Return Shipping Labels

At TekChoice Electronics, return shipping labels are provided free of charge for products weighing up to 50lbs. Customers can request a prepaid return label as part of the return process within the specified return policy period.

Return Process

Please allow 2 business days for products "Sold and Shipped by TekChoice Electronics" and “Shipped by TekChoice Electronics” to be processed upon receipt. Please be advised that repair or replacement returns may experience delays or changes to refund due to product availability. Once your return has been processed, a notification email will be sent to you.

Refunds Process

After your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, a check will be mailed to the billing address on file. For gifts, refunds will be provided in the form of Store Credit.

Exchange Process

Once your return has been processed, an exchange will be processed and shipped within approximately 1-2 business days. If TekChoice Electronics no longer carries a product that is sent in for replacement, or if that product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Products eligible for an exchange may only be replaced with the same product. Exchanges or returns for replacements with different products are not allowed at this time.

Please Note: We do not engage in cross-shipping. Replacement products will only be shipped after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Products purchased from TekChoice Electronics are protected by both our return policy and the manufacturer's warranty. You can find specific warranty information for each item on the Product Warranties tab located on the product page.

Manufacturer warranties are usually valid for one year, but this may vary.

Our Price Match+ program guarantees that we will match the prices of major retailers on a specific item. Not only that, but we will also discount the matched price by an additional $1, ensuring that our price is unbeatable.

This offer is valid for the advertised online price of identical items sold by TekChoice Electronics and major retailers. When comparing prices, the total advertised price of the item, including shipping costs, will be considered as the Price. However, Price will not include discounts from a "Loyalty" or "Membership" program, nor shipping discounts from a membership program like Amazon Prime. Sales tax will not be included in the Price Match of a TekChoice Electronics item.

Both TekChoice Electronics and the major retailer's Price must be advertised when requesting a price match. The Price Match+ is applicable only for purchases made within the United States.

Price Match+ does not apply to:

• Auction site prices.

• TekChoice Electronics or major retailer items offered for free, with a rebate, coupon, promotional gift card/credit, as part of a bundle or financing offer, as part of a clearance/closeout sale, or for sale for less than 6 hours in a day.

• Out of stock items or items with limited quantities from TekChoice Electronics or major retailers.

• Major retailer items advertised below TekChoice Electronics' actual cost.

• Open box or refurbished items from TekChoice Electronics or major retailers.

• Additional services like extended warranties or installations.

• Items subject to MAP pricing from TekChoice Electronics or major retailers.

• Price errors in TekChoice Electronics or major retailers' advertisements.
