Quick Share requires Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. The number of devices Quick Share can support simultaneously may differ based on the Wi-Fi chip hardware of the sharing device. Quick Share is compatible with Galaxy smartphones and tablets running Android OS version 10.0 and One UI 2.1 or higher. Speed of transmission may vary based on device, network conditions, and user environment.

Both devices must have an active network connection, as well as the same Samsung account and Samsung Notes app.

Return Shipping Labels

At TekChoice Electronics, return shipping labels are provided free of charge for products weighing up to 50lbs. Customers can request a prepaid return label as part of the return process within the specified return policy period.

Return Process

Please allow 2 business days for products "Sold and Shipped by TekChoice Electronics" and “Shipped by TekChoice Electronics” to be processed upon receipt. Please be advised that repair or replacement returns may experience delays or changes to refund due to product availability. Once your return has been processed, a notification email will be sent to you.

Refunds Process

After your return is processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, a check will be mailed to the billing address on file. For gifts, refunds will be provided in the form of Store Credit.

Exchange Process

Once your return has been processed, an exchange will be processed and shipped within approximately 1-2 business days. If TekChoice Electronics no longer carries a product that is sent in for replacement, or if that product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Products eligible for an exchange may only be replaced with the same product. Exchanges or returns for replacements with different products are not allowed at this time.

Please Note: We do not engage in cross-shipping. Replacement products will only be shipped after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.
