Easy Returns Policy

All products sold and shipped by TekChoice Electronics are eligible for free returns within 14 days of delievery. There are no restocking fees and return shipping is also free of charge.

• Any product lacking a serial number, UPC code, manufacturer model or part number label, or warranty label will not be accepted for return.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and components, including retail box, manuals, cables, and other included items.

• Physical damage on a product will disqualify it from being eligible for return. For damaged products, please refer to our "Report a Shipping Problem" guidelines for assistance.

• Products that have been submitted for a mail-in rebate are not eligible for return.

• Any products that show signs of tampering, customization, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

• Returns will not be processed for products that differ from the original purchase made on our website.

Product Exchange Policy

Exchange is only available within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Free Return Shipping Labels

At TekChoice Electronics, we offer complimentary return shipping labels for products weighing up to 50lbs. Simply request a prepaid return label during the return creation process.

For eligible products, return shipping labels for replacements are provided free of charge within the specified return policy period. Please note that for unopened items originally shipped via large item shipments, customers are responsible for covering any return shipping costs.

If a product is returned and is found to be either non-defective or not the same as the original purchase, the product will be shipped back to the customer. In such cases, if a refund has already been processed, TekChoice Electronics reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the customer's refund amount.

At TekChoice Electronics, we want to make sure our customers have the best possible shopping experience. That's why we offer extended warranty support for certain items through a third-party service provider. Don't worry, you'll know if your product is covered because we'll provide all the details you need right in the Products Details tab. Simply look for the additional warranty info and contact details for the provider. Rest easy knowing you have extra coverage for peace of mind.
