All products sold and shipped by TekChoice Electronics are eligible for free returns within 14 days of delievery. There are no restocking fees and return shipping is also free of charge.

Any product lacking a serial number, UPC code, manufacturer model or part number label, or warranty label will not be accepted for return.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and components, including retail box, manuals, cables, and other included items.
Physical damage on a product will disqualify it from being eligible for return. For damaged products, please refer to our "Report a Shipping Problem" guidelines for assistance.
Products that have been submitted for a mail-in rebate are not eligible for return.
Any products that show signs of tampering, customization, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
